Client tracker and booking app for photographers

What admin problems do photographers have?

The same admin tasks come back every week for photographers, and these are the ones LuxeDesk is built to take over.

• Inquiries, contracts, shoot dates and gallery deadlines live in different places.
• It is easy to lose track of which galleries are still being edited.
• Model and photo releases need a signature before a shoot.
• Session fees vary by package, so quotes take time.

Which LuxeDesk modules fit photographers?

The Photography Studio dashboard has 3 modules for this work: Photo Shoots, Editing & Galleries, Clients & Contracts.

• Photo Shoots: Calendar of shoots with online booking requests.
• Editing & Galleries: Tracks which galleries are being edited and which are delivered.
• Clients & Contracts: Keeps client details and contract status together.

What does a typical workflow look like?

A typical client runs from intake to invoice inside one app, so nothing is copied between tools.

• Step 1: Take the inquiry through your booking page.
• Step 2: Send the photo release form and invoice the retainer.
• Step 3: Add the shoot to the calendar and track the gallery as in editing.
• Step 4: Mark the gallery delivered and send the final invoice.
• Step 5: Review average session fee and shoots booked on the dashboard.

Which free tools help right now?

These free tools need no sign-up or purchase, and you can use them before or without LuxeDesk.

• Photo release form
• Photographer invoice template
• Photography pricing calculator

Is LuxeDesk right for photographers?

Yes, if you want clients, bookings, forms and invoices in one place for your business. It is a one-time purchase on Etsy with no subscription, and it needs an internet connection.
