What can LuxeDesk do?
LuxeDesk covers the daily admin of a small service business: who your clients are, when they are booked, what they owe and what you earned.

How does the client tracker work?
Each client has one record that holds contact details, notes, history and the fields your profession needs.
- A hair stylist keeps color formulas, a lash artist keeps lash maps, a photographer keeps contracts and gallery status.
- Records can be searched, filtered and shown as a table, board, calendar or gallery.
- You can add your own fields, for example a referral source, and rename any module.
How does online booking work?
You get a public booking page at luxedeskapp.com/book/your-name. Clients pick a service and a free time and send a request.
- You set your hours, services, minimum notice, how far ahead clients can book and the time slot interval.
- You can require an email or phone number and add your own questions to the form.
- Each request appears in your studio as pending. Approving or declining it emails the client.
How do invoices and forms work?
Invoices and forms are created inside LuxeDesk and shared with clients as links, so clients do not need an account.
- Invoices show as paid, pending or overdue, and can be exported.
- Forms collect answers and a signature on the client's phone. The result is saved to the client's record.
- LuxeDesk records payment status. It does not take card payments for you.
What does LuxeDesk not do?
LuxeDesk is a business management app, so it leaves out several things you may expect.
- It does not process card payments. Invoices track status; you collect payment the way you already do.
- It needs an internet connection. It is not an offline-first app.
- It is not a template. You use it as a hosted web app and cannot edit its source code.
- It is not a website builder, an email newsletter tool or a full accounting package.
