What is LuxeDesk?
LuxeDesk is a web app for women-led small service businesses. It combines a client tracker (CRM), online booking page, calendar, invoices, intake and consent forms with e-signature, finances, reminders and an AI assistant.
Is LuxeDesk a Notion template?
No. LuxeDesk is a standalone web app, not a template for Notion or any other tool. You sign in to your own LuxeDesk account and there is nothing to duplicate or set up.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. LuxeDesk is a one-time purchase on Etsy with a lifetime licence. There are no monthly fees and no per-client charges.
Where do I buy LuxeDesk?
In the LuxeDeskApp shop on Etsy. After checkout the shop sends your access code by Etsy message within 12 hours.
How do I get started after buying?
Open luxedeskapp.com, choose to activate, enter your access code, create your account and pick your profession. Then add your clients and services.
Does LuxeDesk work on iPhone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on iPhone and iPad, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. It also works on Android, Mac and Windows.
Do I need to download an app?
No. LuxeDesk runs in a web browser. Installing it to your home screen is optional.
Can I use LuxeDesk offline?
No, not reliably. LuxeDesk needs an internet connection because your data is saved to your online account. Some recently opened screens may stay visible if your connection drops, but you should not plan to add or edit records offline.
Can my clients book online?
Yes. LuxeDesk gives you a booking page at luxedeskapp.com/book/your-name. Clients send a request for a service and time, and you approve or decline it. The client is emailed either way.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients use your booking link and your form or invoice links without creating an account.
Is my client data private?
Your data is stored in your own account and we do not sell personal data or show ads. You can export a backup or delete your data at any time. The Privacy Policy explains where data is stored and how it is protected.
Can I collect signatures on consent forms?
Yes. You can build intake and consent forms, send them to clients and collect an e-signature on the client's phone. The form templates are not legal advice, so check what your local rules require.
Can I send invoices?
Yes. You can create branded invoices, share them by secure link and track paid, pending and overdue status. LuxeDesk does not process card payments.
Does LuxeDesk take payments?
No. Invoices record payment status, but you collect payment the way you already do.

What is the difference between Single Profession and All Professions?
Single Profession unlocks one profession dashboard of your choice. All Professions unlocks all 25 and lets you switch. Every feature is in both plans.
Can I upgrade from Single Profession to All Professions?
Yes. Buy an upgrade code in the Etsy shop and enter it in your account to unlock all 25 professions.
Can I try LuxeDesk before I buy?
Yes. The home page has an interactive demo with sample data for each profession. It needs no account or access code.
Can I change the fields and modules?
Yes. You can rename modules, add your own fields and statuses, hide modules you do not use and switch between table, board, calendar and gallery views.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes. You can import clients and other lists from a CSV file, for example one exported from a spreadsheet, and map the columns to LuxeDesk fields.
Can I back up my data?
Yes. You can export a JSON backup and restore it later from the data tools in Settings.
Does LuxeDesk have an AI assistant?
Yes. The assistant answers questions about your clients and revenue, gives insights and helps you add records, including by voice.
Does one access code work for more than one person?
No. One access code activates one account, once. If you need a different setup, message the shop on Etsy.
Are the free tools really free?
Yes. The free consent forms, invoice templates and pricing calculators need no sign-up and no purchase.
