Client tracker and booking app for massage therapists

What admin problems do massage therapists and day spas have?

The same admin tasks come back every week for massage therapists and day spas, and these are the ones LuxeDesk is built to take over.

• Health intake details must be on file and easy to check before each session.
• Series and passes are tracked in notebooks, so it is unclear how many sessions are left.
• Clients rebook less often when nobody follows up.
• Paper intake forms are slow and hard to store.

Which LuxeDesk modules fit massage therapists and day spas?

The Massage Therapist & Day Spa dashboard has 3 modules for this work: Clients & Health Intake, Massage Sessions, Wellness Series & Passes.

• Clients & Health Intake: Stores health history, pressure preferences and notes on the client.
• Massage Sessions: Calendar of sessions with online booking requests.
• Wellness Series & Passes: Keeps the series and passes you have sold on record.

What does a typical workflow look like?

A typical client runs from intake to invoice inside one app, so nothing is copied between tools.

• Step 1: Send the massage intake form before the first session.
• Step 2: Approve the booking request and review the health intake.
• Step 3: Save session notes on the client record.
• Step 4: Invoice the session or deduct it from a pass.
• Step 5: Check the rebook rate on the dashboard.

Which free tools help right now?

These free tools need no sign-up or purchase, and you can use them before or without LuxeDesk.

• Massage intake form
